Minister Daniel Garwe (Centre) cuts the ribbon at the commissioning ceremony of Aspire Heights Flats
The Minister of National Housing and SociaI Amenities commissioned the Aspire heights flats located in Aspindale – Harare. He pointed out that the project is a modern, gated community with the highest levels of security and standards. He also explained that the development estate had taken care of attendant social amenities. Upon completion, 152 housing units are expected to be delivered.
